Prepared judgment packets by gathering mortgage foreclosure documents, identified case information prohibiting the preparation of judgment files, and utilized I-Series, DocuWare, and other online County websites to assemble packets.

I utilized my 711 license to participate in both misdemeanor bench and jury trials, wrote and argued motions to suppress, and conducted research and drafted motions. I also participated in plea bargains, client appointments, and setting status dates.

I assisted the Senior Paralegal with file organization and maintenance, prepared discovery documents for production, and prepared for depositions by making copies of exhibits, creating exhibit lists, and taking notes during the depositions.
